pulled over by Sheriff Deputy.

Deputy's first words:
"How many parole violations do you have"?

2 more Sheriff cars arrive.
3 more Sheriff deputies.

This is in El Segundo
that has its own police department.

The 4 LA County Sheriff Deputies
may have been part of a specialized gang unit.

The Black Guy was not a gang member.

Whoops!

What to do?

Handcuff the Black Guy.

Tow Truck Arrives Tows & Impounds
Hertz rented car.

Black Guy driven to Lennox Station.
Black Guy driven to Carson Station.
Black Guy booked, mug shot, fingerprinted.
Black Guy locked up overnight.
Black Guy released the next morning.

Sheriff Falsifies Charges
to cover up Illegal Racially motivated stop.

A misdemeanor charge that has no basis in reality.
Did Sheriffs know who they falsely arrested and charged?

NO!

Who is the Black Guy?

This Black Guy
is one of the most articulate to speak out
about the need to strengthen civil liberties
and the threat of unlawful practices in law enforcement.

The Black Guy
is the same guy who on his own in 1983
took a civil rights case all the way to the
Supreme Court of the United States and won.

This Black Guy's
U.S. Supreme Court victory in 1983
was one of the most
widely covered news stories in America
-- Oprah, Larry King, CNN Crossfire
front page stories in the NY Times, Washington Post...

This Black Guy
has been stopped by cops
literally 100s of times over that last 30 years
-- for nothing.

This time an LA County Deputy Sheriff,
Mr. Cesheir,
stopped him -- for nothing once again.

But, not knowing who the Black Guy was,
the LA County Sheriff  Mr. Cesheir -- Employee No. 473573
Falsified Charges to Cover Up
an Illegal Racial Profile Stop.

This time the Sheriff's Department may be in serious trouble.

If this False Charge is a pattern for the
Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff, Mr. Cesheir’s police work,
then this is the biggest scandal
since LAPD's Rampart Division, i.e. RAMPART REVISITED.
