September 23, 2004Hello Pro Per Inc. | Edward Lawson:
I am writing you this letter to praise your great work. Dave the taco eater is a very good friend of mine. I have known Dave for as long as I can remember, we live down the street from each other. When Dave told me what happened I didn't know what to think.
I don't understand why this cop would have a reason to harass him and certainly not arrest him. Dave is not a violent man nor does he look it, I mean this a 27 year old working class Caucasian from the burbs.
Dave has never been one to fret with the cops so I know he would have had to feel he was really being miss treated to cause a fuss. The area where the taco bell is located in the middle of a low crime rate college town, where there are always people out and about. Simply put this was a case of power abuse. Dave told me about the site I read it and I am glad to see your working so hard to make a better America -- and to have people acknowledge the abuse of the badge that effects us all. From the minority in the inner city to the to the taco eating suburbanite
Thanks for your help.

Go to court and argue the four dissenting opinions [from Hiible] and redo the issue again.
Conduct that is incompatible with the Constitution has to be challenged.

New Jersey Taco Picnic Bench Case -- Sue the police department for false arrest.
Larger issues must be raised. Raise the moral questions.

All of the liberties, all of the freedoms, all of the free enterprise -- all of that is on the line. The whole American Dream is in your hands at the moment you find yourself confronted by a police office who is doing something that is wrong. You have to be willing to fight for this country at that point where this great legacy is in your hands.

What should the picnic bench guy do? It was a punitive arrest. Just punishment. You can file a false arrest legal action. Seek the imposition of a court order... to discourage this type of thing from happening again.

What should the picnic bench guy do?
Take a look at the Federal RICO Act | US Title 18 | Part I | Ch 96 | Section 1961 - 1968
US Code Title 18 | Part I Chapter 96 |

The guy eating the taco would need some help. If you start, there is at least a chance that other people will join you. If you start... Anything that is worthwhile is a hard fight.
