David String -- Audio Interview

David String in Glassboro NJ
First Court Appearance: August 23, 2004

Plead NOT GUILTY
Do not plead guilty as is often advised by Public Defenders.
Public Defenders often have little interest in a particular client, they just seek to get along week after week with the Court and often see it all as a meaningless game played with the local prosecutors office.  Do not trust a Public Defender, unless he earns your trust by hard, competent work on your behalf in an effort to fight for your rights as an American Citizen. Good luck.

Go to court and argue the four dissenting opinions [from Hiible] and redo the issue again.
Conduct that is incompatible with the Constitution has to be challenged.

New Jersey Taco Picnic Bench Case -- Sue the police department for false arrest.
Larger issues must be raised. Raise the moral questions.
The price your pay for silence...

Ed Lawson
All of the liberties, all of the freedoms, all of the free enterprise -- all of that is on the line. The whole American Dream is in your hands at the moment you find yourself confronted by a police office who is doing something that is wrong. You have to be willing to fight for this country at that point where this great legacy is in your hands.

Ed Lawson
What should the picnic bench guy do? It was a punitive arrest. Just punishment. You can file a false arrest legal action. Seek the imposition of a court order... to discourage this type of thing from happening again.

Ed Lawson
What should the picnic bench guy do?
Take a look at the Federal RICO Act | US Title 18 | Part I | Ch 96 | Section 1961 - 1968
US Code Title 18 | Part I Chapter 96 |

Ed Lawson
The guy eating the taco would need some help. If you start, there is at least a chance that other people will join you. If you start... Anything that is worthwhile is a hard fight.
